Excellent presentations. I have noted a patient who presented with acute Ischemic Mononeuritis, a foot-drop. This patient is primarily being managed by Dr. Josephine Ojoo, and interestingly the patient has acute occlusive PAD-Peripheral Arterial Disease. Has anyone observed this in their practice?

I think generally SARS Cov-2 is going to confuse us. I have a patient I was managing for diabetes 74year old female, developed DFU had BKA was diagnosed with Covid-19 before the stitches were removed. She survived she's at home. I'm yet to review her though. So, quite unexpected but here we are.

Thank you for the comment Prof Walker. Delirium has been described in covid19. I had presented it as an encephalopathy. I understand delirium can be due to stroke, encephalitis, etc

@ Max DFU ( diabetic foot ulcer) question. Yes there are postulated mechanisms namely inflammation, ischaemia/CAC, peripheral arterial disease and vitamin D deficiency worsening diabetic neuropathy
