Can the tenant lease agreement include a clause that tenants are not allowed to place unwanted furniture / bulky items in the alley? This is an ongoing problem.

@Ignite Daniel, FYI - You are correct, parking for the businesses on Crenshaw is really challenging. In an effort to restore the parking on the CD8/West side of the street I met with CLAX Metro executives a couple of weeks ago to ask them how they can restore the parking for businesses asap. They are to report back to me next week. Its not a lot of parking, but its some.

that parking situation is an issue. Every new apartment bulding coming up is not providing enough parking. It's great that you want to add retail spaces. but all this lack of parking will move into our neighborhoods from apartments, shopping and train riders

The information shared about a labor dispute with Africa Town is incorrect. We had a personnel matter that was not favorable for some. We continue to provide employment with 107 satisfied employees and find it unfortunate that some would attempt to discredit the valuable services we provide throughout South Los Angeles to include Leimert Park. Unfortunately there seems to be a few people who find it necessary to allow there recalcitrance to create a false narrative about issues and circumstances that are beyond the scope of their individual involvement. With respect to local businesses having issues with Community Build Inc., This is again another false narrative. The extent of our interaction with local businesses is limited to our work with the business improvement district and our survey data from the many care calls our team makes indicates a high level of satisfaction. Once again another false narrative from a few whose goal is to act on a compulsion to divide and conquer.
