hi, my little girl has been at nursery for the last month. She is 10 months old and now cries everytime I drop her off. Is this normal or does it suggest she is unhappy there?

I’ve seen this at uni in Organisational behaviour but didn’t think about it until now, it’s actually quite helpful to be reminded of it

I feel like I'm stuck on experimentation. It's difficult to make decisions in a pandemic and returning to work after a long break

I want to start working and I'm searching now, but my main worry is what job is an acceptable job to continue in the field I want to continue in

I'm an EA returning to work from mat leave in 2 weeks. The Executive I support started 3 weeks before I left so my cover person established that relationship with them. My cover has made it clear she wants my job & has put me down stating I can't do the work with 3 kids (I'll be working from home)!! This has all knocked my confidence. How do I prove myself & establish that relationship with my Executive?

I've been out of work for over 3 years by choice I'm trying to decide if I should upskill or make a career change. What's the best way to know if the courses available are any good? What advice would you give someone returning after such a long break?
