Burgess Health Center, Onawa. I'm the new Foundation Director. Our gift shop is closed, used by public health currently. We are starting a remodeling/construction project and will open a new gift shop in 1-2 years. Volunteers are not back, maybe this Fall.

People are uncertain of what is next they won't spend money because they are afraid

Winterset-I think spending habits have changed. People don't want "stuff" now, essentials only.

UPH - Fort Dodge. I think that people have changed their habits of not purchasing unnecessary items.

Our Foundation uses the local Brown's Shoe Fit foe a shoe sale. It goes really well. 20%

At Mercy Corning, we reached out to staff members who do sales (31 Bags, Pampered Chef, Books, etc.) and allow them to do a sale with 25% of sales to auxiliary. Have had good luck with this.
