Implicit bias is a problem because it unconsciously shapes decisions that profoundly affect people’s lives. Court decisions, what gets funded and prioritized by government, etc

3. I can target my own implicit bias by making an active effort to get out of my own bubble

3. Try to meet or talk to groups of people that you normally wouldn't, but it should still be genuine.

I think my biggest one here is as LGBTQ+ person I a lot of times have walls up towards straight white cis men just because of my own experiences in the past. Which definitely isn't fair at all.
