We based our agreements off of the energy Vendor Agreement, That was above my level at the time though so I was not involved.

One problem we ran into was different water providers wanting the information provided in their own way. We received a lot of contracts back from water providers with their own edits and changes.

I can't hire up until we have those funds available, and we also need time to train staff. That's not provider related, however it is a current barrier

My key takeaway is that this program is going to be up and running quickly - which is great news for our agency. We will want to know how the program will differ from previous programs - although that will probably be for us to figure out once the criteria/program details are provided. Thanks!
