I would say Humboldt is actually in the some early analysis or planning phase

25:16
HHS - Health & Human Services oversees CMS which is the center for Medicaid/Medicare services

29:16
has anyone heard from DHCS about CMS interoperability?

29:31
Would the CalAIM requirement for data exchange be at risk?

30:07
No, rather CMS interoperability can assist with the CalAIM requirement

30:24
How do the BHQIP data exchange requirements help us meet either ONC or CMS Interoperability requirements, if at all?

31:36
BHQIP data exchange requirements are more in alignment with the ONC Interoperability requirements.

32:11
We will discuss more during Q&A session on this call

33:13
Being that our former Attorney General is now the Secretary of HHS (Xavier Bacerra), is it feasible that CalMHSA or others will lobby on behalf of California to ease the CalAIM EHR and Interoperability compliance dates if they can recognize progress made by the Counties?

38:55
MU began in 2011 I believe

40:49
MU transitioned to QPP Quality Payment Program 2017

43:17
OK. Thank you, John.

44:13
Thanks Laura. MU started 11 years ago. I might have had hair then

50:29
With 247 expansion, our provider directory is all going into the EHR. What's the intersection between 247 expansion and provider directory API?

53:30
Can a patient portal be considered as a portion of interop with clients/patients?

55:54
Is it naïve to propose that CalMHSA, with this County Collaborative, work together over the next year to establish a (somewhat) standardized Consent Management process?

57:48
Sounds like the next session will cover this.

01:01:50
Understandable; thanks. More shall be revealed. :)

01:03:55
Shakespeare once said... (lol....)

01:07:59
Hi all, the slides and webinar recording will be posted on CalMHSA website here:https://www.calmhsa.org/cms-interoperability-planning/

01:09:47
It's important to note, the vendors of the various EHR systems will be the ones who have deal with all this technical change. Only those counties who have developed their own systems would have to learn the deep details of FHIR and the other methods and requirements. Good luck with THAT! Ask your vendor.

01:17:22
As a Health Plan, we have subcontracted providers who have their own E.H.R systems. Is it the health plan's responsibility to make all health plan data available for interoperabilty, or does each provider entity need to independently meet these requirements?

01:19:53
any recommendations on a fhir bootcamp for us?

01:20:38
Christopher Garcia - there was info for FHIR BC in a previous slide.

01:21:04
thanks

01:21:42
Khoa posted a link to the slides at the beginning of the chat. :)

01:25:40
Khoa - please repost link to the slides. I missed it.

01:26:19
Consistency and collective effort sounds like a smart approach.

at least a noble beginning...

01:27:17
thank you!!

01:36:40
CalMHSA Team: I appreciate the incorporation of the survey data in your presentations. But personally, I am obtaining a deeper perspective once I listen to the webinar and somewhat affects how I look at the survey questions in retrospect. I can answer the survey questions better after rather than before.

01:38:15
Could you share about Pharmacy Network as it relates to Provider Directory API? How does that play into this process.

01:38:31
Slide #29

01:44:02
Thank you!

01:44:19
