Haili, thanks for sharing that - same with my husband's work as well. Everyone's situation these last several months varies so much - I appreciate the messaging from the presenters and importance of checking in with ourselves too.
Having supportive leaders and co-workers has really helped with these feelings because we are all in the same "storm" even though we are in different "boats".
Great info to know b/c many see exhaustion as something that comes from physical work, but that is truly not always the case

yes, seeing in co-workers and myself. fatigue and frustration
every leader, manager and HR rep is put in a place from time to time to share in an employee's experience and thus would be at risk for this

Withdrawal - folks not wanting to turn cameras on any longer.
sometimes stress is trying to maintain that professional demeanor when kids are crying/talking in the background and dogs are barking ;)
With all the back-to-back meetings that get scheduled I have realized more than ever I have to be intentional about protecting my lunch hour or blocking a break time during the day. Just to get out of that "butt out of chair" mode!
