Why is there a bar in Pottawattamie County that has been reported 4 times for excessive people still not penalized in anyway. Last Saturday they had a Poker run with over 700 people inside and outside and they have a occupancy of less then 100. What are the benefits for other bars to abide by the rules and laws and lose out on business if the investigation and enforcement of those rules seem like a joke. And other bars completely disregard the proclamations and are making thousands of dollars.
