I challenged my staff yesterday with 'Operation Anitbacterial Wipes' and asked them all to buy them at their grocery store if they could find them over the weekend and bring in their receipt for reimbursement! :)

20:38
only in some instances - telehealth is NOT going to work in all instances but patients may not agree

22:18
Deb.. can you expand on your thoughts?

22:36
Which grocery store have anitibacterial wipes or soaps? I cannot find any.

23:05
amazon has bleach and cavicloths(?) charging an arm and a leg

23:21
telehealth is great for some, maybe many things but you can't treat a patient over time without actually seeing them, taking a BP, weight, height etc. Also need labs - can't send a phlebotomist to their house though they'd probably like it....

25:07
some personal wearables could help with some of this but most providers still want to physically see their patients at least occasionally

32:43
we must get patients and employers involved in making insurance companies change - we are a COST, patients and employers are REVENUE

34:15
Was the announcement by BCBS Tennessee making telemed coverage permanent already mentioned?

34:31
Sorry, I was late.

35:03
The question relates to reimbursement.

35:10

01:04:05
She's pretty great!

01:04:08
it cant go to full open office concept. it can be done on a smaller scale and square footage will probably be less but you rethink the reception and what and how the treatment rooms can and should do.

01:04:17
Thanks, Robyn! Glad you’re here….and a stellar part of our team.

01:08:06

What about entities that applied for and received PPP funds but never had a down turn in revenue or staffing?

01:45:29
All two of them? :)

01:46:00
I thought the PPP money that is actually forgiven doesn't get taxed, either....only the dollars you don't have forgiven....is this correct?

01:47:56
PPP FFCRA question - if a 100k+ person ends up making less than 100k because they took time off using FFCRA hours is there a true up at the end of the year to have a bit more forgiven?

01:55:44
Are employee bonus forgivable? Thinking about paying bonuses to those remaining and working through the mess.

01:55:56
Great question Jeff.

01:56:11
As long as they don't make more than $100,000

01:56:46
exactly just watch for the 100k

01:56:53
47. Question: An SBA interim final rule posted on May 8, 2020 provided that any borrower who applied for a PPP loan and repays the loan in full by May 14, 2020 will be deemed by SBA to have made the required certification concerning the necessity of the loan request in good faith. Is it possible for a borrower to obtain an extension of the May 14, 2020 repayment date? For purposes of this safe harbor, a borrower must include its affiliates to the extent required under the interim final rule on affiliates, 85 FR 20817 (April 15, 2020).As of May 13, 2020Answer: Yes, SBA is extending the repayment date for this safe harbor to May 18, 2020, to give borrowers an opportunity to review and consider FAQ #46. Borrowers do not need to apply for this extension. This extension will be promptly implemented through a revision to the SBA’s interim final rule providing the safe harbor.21

how to leverage your small dollars for the right tech

02:07:50
Staff engagement and keeping morale up is top on our list. Hearing about what others are doing would be great. Remote work is very different for ALL of us at our office and feeling disconnected is hard.
