I challenged my staff yesterday with 'Operation Anitbacterial Wipes' and asked them all to buy them at their grocery store if they could find them over the weekend and bring in their receipt for reimbursement! :)

Which grocery store have anitibacterial wipes or soaps? I cannot find any.

amazon has bleach and cavicloths(?) charging an arm and a leg

telehealth is great for some, maybe many things but you can't treat a patient over time without actually seeing them, taking a BP, weight, height etc. Also need labs - can't send a phlebotomist to their house though they'd probably like it....

some personal wearables could help with some of this but most providers still want to physically see their patients at least occasionally

we must get patients and employers involved in making insurance companies change - we are a COST, patients and employers are REVENUE

Was the announcement by BCBS Tennessee making telemed coverage permanent already mentioned?

it cant go to full open office concept. it can be done on a smaller scale and square footage will probably be less but you rethink the reception and what and how the treatment rooms can and should do.

Our GI docs said it was definitely an issue.

Precision Images also does signage and barriers. They are quick and seem to be less expensive

I thought the PPP money that is actually forgiven doesn't get taxed, either....only the dollars you don't have forgiven....is this correct?

PPP FFCRA question - if a 100k+ person ends up making less than 100k because they took time off using FFCRA hours is there a true up at the end of the year to have a bit more forgiven?

Are employee bonus forgivable? Thinking about paying bonuses to those remaining and working through the mess.
