Because I could...no one was looking and it was easy. Also, I think the tests are silly and don't really make a difference because I am learning but I hate tests.

“Too busy” - no need to fix something not “broken” - not committed to the learner’s success but instead just “showing up” and/or not knowing how to effectively structure content in alignment with objectives/competencies.

1) Not feeling in control or that they are being heard 2) Busy and overloaded 3) Not knowing what is available as a resource 4) Not seeing the need for change

This is best done as a team and requires some coordination.

Getting comfortable with the status quo… not sure if the updates would take away from other key topics they are already covering

Hard work. Time consuming. Have not kept up with new innovations.

It’s easier to continue using mid term and final tests

We are creatures of habit so in times of uncertainty, we go back to what has provided us with success in the past. Lack of time to make new changes without support.
