A while ago the return addresses changed to abbreviations for the libraries with longer names. Could that be changed back?
It just makes the paperwork take a little longer
What do we do with Firefly bags that are heavily ink-stained (label pocket) and cannot be cleaned? Do you offer a "bag swap," or do we need to purchase additional bags?

The scrubby side of a sponge with some alcohol or hand sanitizer sometimes helps
So is there a history of the barcodes of the individual libraries online somewhere?

and the notes field would be preserved as well?
Delays? Should we assume it is because you lack drivers?
Memphis seems to be one of them.
we have had books delivered on unexpected days, then not picked up on scheduled days, is this due to drivers
Do all Firefly materials go to the individual hubs first to be processed, then to the libraries? I wondered if this could be a source of delays.

So I am confused a little as to whether the Firefly (blue bags) and the local courier (green bags) use the same delivery driver/trucks?

I thought the green bags were from the old consortium and were just being recycled with the new courier.
I have received a few pink bags-who do I return those to?
We get the green bags in Nashville via Firefly, which is what makes me think that because we were never involved with the East TN courier. And it has a Firefly label.
the pink bags are old ASERL bags
we don't need them anymore, we've changed courier service!
