what kind of testing will you be performing?

Apologies if this was mentioned. Will the staff be allowed to leave camp for days off?

Do we need to contact the kitchen staff for children who have significant food allergies, like Celiac?

I missed the details about the first COVID test. The first test (3days prior)....any chance that can be at the synagogue or are we on our own to get that. As an ER physician I know these PCR tests can take a variable amount of time to result AND if a sample gets lost or takes to long to test would it mean a camper is excluded from camp? Doing these tests at the synagogue 3 days before camp if possible would help standardize this and prevent samples from being lost or not resulted.

Will there be staff from Israel this year?

What type of test needs to be done? Is Rapid ok?

When you say testing is 3 days before, does that mean June 1 starts are tested on May 29 (the Saturday of Memorial Day)?

Will counselors be leaving camp on their day off, and going into town?

Will the number of campers in a cabin change from prior years? i.e.- will there be fewer campers per cabin?

Are we able to pick up our camper(s)?

Will specialists be wearing masks the whole time since they will be dealing with kids from all of the kids ?

Can we fly to phoenix without quarantine after we arrive?

My son takes medicine before bed, but I saw you said most pills are given at meals. Can he still get them before bedtime? That is very important for his pills.

For the pre-camp COVID test, can we get this test anywhere, or will there be a list of approved places?

Will the kids be able to have their masks washed?

Do you allow a camper with asthma to carry his own inhaler?

Will the first session 2 and 4 week campers be in the same bunk? Or are you separating the 4 week campers?

How many campers will there be per cabin and how many counselors per cabin?

I dl wish you’d make clear rules now, ahead of time, rather than create expectations for “extenuating circumstances.” I don’t think there should be any expectation that anybody can drop off kids who haven’t been tested within 3 days.

Will you have a preference to the type of mask (cloth versus disposable) and if cloth, will they be washed?

what happens if we decide to send our kids after May 1 for July dates if there is still space, is that allowed or are you not accepting late registration?

Will kids going for 4 weeks only have the 5 day mask period once?

Do you recommend disposable masks for the kids or cotton? Which is easier for you guys?

I understand that this is based on what we know now. At what point will you finalize these procedures? We’re still several months out and things can change-

so laundry is only done once a week? if so, we should send our child with 7 masks if we prefer they be washed before they are worn again?

But there are 6 one week sessions, aren’t there?

Will the Covid testing rules and mask rules, etc., all be outlined so we can review? I missed the first few minutes of the meeting and therefore need to review the information.

how is the bus going to work going up to camp and returning from camp

forgive me if this was discussed but what are the protocols if a child does test positive for COVID while at camp and does the bunk get sent home/quarantine in cabin?

If younger campers go for 4 weeks, is it likely they will have only a few other campers in their cabin based on the arrangements described tonight?

Are you anticipating camp enrollment to be mostly full this summer? Hope so!
