LI is changin
Thank you for your leadership, Chair Solages!
So true, AM Solages. If people talk about racial justice, it’s time to do something to achieve it. #ParoleJusticeNYRacialJustice!
That's correct, that's how we keep us all safer.
Thank you, Assembly Member!
Thank you for your fearless leadership for Black and Brown communities across Long Island and elders dying behind bars without these needed measures.

We stand with all survivors.
Thank you, Luz! Us families of incarcerated people appreciate you seeing their humanity and survivor hood!
Yes, Luz!! We will march together, strong as AM Solages said we are.
Thank you for standing in support of survivors behind bars, elder women in Bedford Hills Corr. Facility AM Burdick. We often felt totally forgotten, we are grateful for your support for women.
Survivors and incarcerated people are not two distinct groups. Many incarcerated people are survivors of violence themselves. Thanks again, Luz!

We know so many elders have transformed and deserve the opportunity to be considered for parole, not automatic release. That's right AM Burdick.
much love mi gente!!! we will continue to grow and make this happen. yes, survivors and incarcerated people are not different people- many times we are in the same body or in some instances, we are made vulnerable by losing families members to incarceration leaving children and young people on their own
Thank you Assembly Member Burdick for your dedication to justice!
Thank you for your ongoing leadership AM Burdick, happy pride month for all inside and outside of prisons and jails.
Thank you so much, AM Burdick. You and AM Solages give us so much hope in our elected officials.
