I wonder if some of the recycle centers that take things like TV/ Computer / Car batteries would have ideas or partnership ideas ….

There is great information and a brief video on the site to show how the pouches are filled with some water shaken and deactivate prescription medication placed in the pouch and then able to be thrown away at home.
