Question please - if there’s been a reduction of 80% in nuclear weapons since the 80’s can you explain a bit more how the nuclear (non)proliferation treaty hasn’t started to disarm nuclear powers? (Baroness Miller)

There has been a reduction in numbers but an increase in the power of the warheads

There is proposed modernisation by all. the nuclear powers
