FSC and others have not mentioned their fees or loan interest rates, etc.

50:08
I love the idea of FSC in that you were formed when those selling long-term care policies realized people were having trouble getting those benefits when needed. I also provide advocacy services like these in my third career called "Retirement," via my 501c3, Serendipity Alliance Healthcare Consultants. (I'm a retired Army Pediatrician Veteran and Healthcare Administrator.)

50:35
Will a recording on this session be made available?

51:32

I've tried to get my dad's service time (DD214) from archives and they are shut down (basically) due to COVID...still.

So did I, I applied online for a DD214 in January and I am still waiting....

59:54
Great and complete answers, Emily!

For Discharge Papers go to www.DD214Direct.com and reference AidandAttendance.com to get a small discount. Typically they can get them for you in 3-4 weeks.

01:01:04
I sent for a copy of my DD 214, and They sent me what looked like a blank page. When I looked really close, I could faintly see info. It looked like my official copy must have been almost completely faded out.

01:01:47
Go to funeral home and they will have it. My mom had discharge papers and we showed funeral home.

01:04:45
No quality control, eh, Richard? Many had their records burned up in St. Louis as well. Sad.

01:12:34
WHAT ABOUT WORKING WITH A REVERSE MORTGAGE

01:13:30
If records were burned in the St. Louis file Archives will recreate a document to send you.

01:19:03
