its not QI
but concerning appeal process for decertification
if youll get to that later that's fine
bill references section that deals with superior court which in past has chose not to hear such cases
what about our first amendment rights?
I have a question about uapa
It was explained in a simple way to me in regard to 1st amendment rights as if your "speech" affects an agencies ability to accomplish it's mission or goal your right is not protected as a police officer.
Have a question about the procedure that post will be able to enforce this
is there a requirement for Department to report these instances to POST, or can a Chief have discretion what they report to POST?
Can we get a recorded copy of this presentation?
That would be beneficial
Thank You All
Great info Eric and Jay. Thanks for putting this together.
