Even though I won't be able to ship my new kitchen here to Windsor, I had a wonderful customer service experience with one of your team members who set up a Teams video meeting. I was able to show live where the kitchen was going and he was able to assist to finalize the design. I really hope this medium for design assistance has come to stay as it enabled quick decision-making as well as added sales value. Is the plan to keep this technology, i.e. using remote meetings with video and audio calls?
