This is NOT a system to bypass MOH, but to reach a wider population, so end-users could be hospitals, CSOs, INGOs and more.

Can you attach documents to the needs and offers? Let's say for instance you're looking for a contractor to do rehabilitation of a health facility or provide a COVID response hygiene kit. Could you include a BoQ and then have a vendor fill their offered prices for each item in excel and reupload or could you have them fill a chart directly in the system?

There may be country-country offers- like Kenya to Somalia or Ethiopia to Kenya

Free offers and discounted offers would then need the organization to cover the costs of transport if it is not included in the offer.

For example, IN Narok county, there is a mask maker coalition with young women- they may want to join as a supplier.

Can you elaborate on how you plan to work w/ MOH to ensure products meet country standards? Is this a role for the in country logistics coordinator?

What’s the range of services or supplies that people/organizations can post on the platform?

After an organization registers is there a limit to the number of users they can have in the system? Can users from the same organization use the platform simultaneously? Does this software integrate with any financial systems? It's great that we can confirm if something is received in the warehouse, but can we also track if we've paid a vendor in this system?
