HI!!

06:27
You can see if you have sent it to all panelists and attendees successful if you look at the last message you sent. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions

Have questions? Feel free to type them in the Q+A box as we go, and we'll answer them altogether during the Discussion segment.

44:26
Great lens to consider, Brian. We'll respond during Q+A!

44:50
Brian Abascal shared: "I'm thinking of data collection from our detailers on their visit, and comparing them to the follow up visit/phone call, to measure change. It would be great to touch on data collection considerations associated to this scenario."

44:59
Please put all future questions in our Q+A box!

we use sales force

01:00:41
I have found those provider narratives have been so insightful!

01:03:47
We use Qualtrics because it's mobile-device friendly.

01:04:29
Detailers can enter their data right after the visit and not wait until they get back to a computer. Also easier to analyze the data with the program tools

01:04:47
Oh, Brian, that is nice and helpful. How is that going?

01:05:01
and I agree, both qualitative and quantitative data collection is important.

01:05:14
Thanks so much for sharing, Brian! This would be a great sub-thread on the Community Discussion Forum, too.

01:05:33
So far no issues, but we have had a lull between our pilot program and the relaunch

01:06:14
UIC also uses Qualtrics for that similar reason. Info may be fresher in detailer's mind, so it helps with accuracy of info inputted.

01:06:23
Anyone else want to share why they like (or dislike!) the programs/processes they use to track data?

01:07:00
Map out the change you want to see!

01:07:30
Thanks! I appreciate the nod to the conceptual model/diagram to think about the process!

01:08:20
Attendees: Tell us how you're working with PDMP data.

01:08:39
Are you able to tie it into the visits you're making with specific providers?

01:09:13
We have time for 1-2 more questions. Pop over to the Q+A box and tell us what you want to know!

01:09:22
What are your data collection challenges?

01:11:14
I think it's important to use that kind of data to target the providers you want to detail, but I wouldn't bring it up during a detailing visit. I would try to elicit this info in discussion with them.

Getting detailers to prioritize data collection while making meaningful connections with providers

01:13:02
Yes, Ashley!

01:13:02
opportunity cost--time spent collecting data decreases time spent talking about the topic with the provider esp if the visit is short!

01:15:04
These challenges are real and require so many different insights and strategies on how to adapt to them.

01:15:25
Can we be sure to talk about follow up call/visit data?

01:15:30
Please do kick off some of these questions on our new community discussion forum: https://www.narcad.org/forum.html

01:16:04
I find just post-eval doesn't really capture behavior and attitude change

01:16:50
Please take 60 seconds to fill out our eval for today's webinar, and be honest about what worked and what didn't!https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MayWebinarEvaluation_2020WebinarSeries

01:17:34
We'd also love to talk with you via e-mail or phone to dive into your particular program challenges around data access, collection/tracking, and planning for an evaluation.

01:17:37
or on zoom :-)
