As a black women how can I get white people to engage in conversation about racism. And blacks to feel comfortable to speak on racism since for so long we felt we could not speak. Any suggestion. Thank you for being so open and honest with this conversation.

Hi Rabbi! Any advice for speaking to older kids, as in middle or high school who will likely will know more facts, rather than overhearing something. I feel they will be ready to talk when/if we return to school, and I want to be support them!

Sometimes white people feel we are racist as black. I do believe we have bias due to our experiences. What are your thoughts?

LG K30: book recommendation for adults: “Why are all the Black kids sitting together in the cafeteria” by Beverly Daniel Tatum (20th anniversary edition). That is a great book and would be a great conversation starter, especially for your friends that you’d like to have a conversation with.
