Yes, you can require a patron to wear a mask. It would fall under your "no shoes, no shirt, no service" type requirements and how you would handle that.

A business can require someone to wear a mask, and can refuse service, if that is part of their plan. It's similar to the "no shirt, no shoes, no service". Recommendation would be to post and make visible to patrons prior to entering.

The Show Me Strong Recovery Plan FAQ addresses this by saying that if aquatic facilities are open, encourage adjustments be considered to mitigate spread such as limiting number of people, increasing cleaning, modifying the activities allowed.

You wouldn't be required to provide it for customers, but it would be recommended you provide it for employees, if you require it for them.

I think you said earlier that vulnerable individuals should continue to stay at home - can you help me understand until when? Look at your plan it appears that might be at Step 3 in Phase 2. Would that be a good guideline for senior centers?

I would think you would want bathrooms open to encourage hand washing. It is recommended to mark off certain bathroom sinks to divide so people can stand 6 feet apart. I am not sure about completely closing off bathrooms, but can look into it if we do not have an answer from the group.
