Regarding the question about getting the loan for a seasonal restaurant...I took annual labor, divided by 12 months, multiplied by 2 or 2.5. That was how the application directed me to calculate it. It didn't come out to much given we are open 5 months, but did receive the funds.

The seasonal modification by Treasury changes that for seasonal businesses. You can choose 3 months of average payroll during your season instead of the March-June30. You are in the same boat as we are…the amount with the 12 month rule sis HALF of the seasonal calculation amount. Apparently there his the option to AMMEND your aunt but no-one seems to now hw to do that…..

If you received a PPP your eIN is tagged so can’t re-apply. You can only Amend but good luck on that. Section 1109 of the Act…..
