Is the reduction in hourly wage a cut in the actual rate per hour or the number of hours that they worked
We had 38 part and full time employees on payroll on 3/16 when we had to shut down. Our loan was on May 15th and we had brought back employees part time to reopen our business. We gave everyone that wanted to continue their employment with us, hours to work and 60% of the loan amount was spend on payroll. Many of our employees either do not want to return, can't return due to unrelated health issues or have found other employment. We have found some other people to take the other peoples places. How would we proceed?
