Returning to work will be a big one, especially part-timers who are getting 350 Covid to stay at home. Company currently availing of wage subsidy scheme but the part timer will have to work at least 40 hours to come up to this amount......we are getting excuses such as too risky, don't want to use public transport, living with elderly parents and so forth...…...thanks

Employees working full hours getting their full net pay, on the wage subsidy with a top up, will be liable for additional tax and USC at year end. What are the employers obligations here in that the employees net pay is actually reduced.

RE insurance, is the employer liable for any supplementary costs to a policy due to staff working from home and is it the employers responsibility to tell staff to advise their insurers they are working from home?
