SOME TENANTS COULD HANG ON FOR NOW MAY 2020 BUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY ONLY PAY THE 300.00 DOLLARS
COULD YOU GIVE A FOUR MONTHS NOTICE BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT WILL HAVE LIFTED THIS ORDER ??

If tenants do not pay rent and they do not apply for temporary rent supplement and landlords cannot evict tenants because of new policy, will government compensate the rent to landlords?
Can you clarify if the rental supplement can flow through the property management company or direct to principal?
The rent supplement (BC TRS) flows directly to the landlord.
if a tenant applies on May 30, would they get subsidy for May and April both?
