We are using Donor Perfect, and have used it at other nonprofit, and I don't LOVE it. I've used NEON CRM which is affordable and much more intuitive with various features for communications integration as well.

My org uses Little Green Light and absolutely love it. At our level, it's only $400 a year. It's very robust and we continue to discover new, useful features even though we've had it for a couple of years.
