From Denise: With the current example of businesses permitting employees work from home, riders will now be reduced for inner city jobs. Fewer riders. More financial losses for our funding. Free Ridership is focused on city employees and students. Everyone should pay to ride. Even the “free” ridership during this quarantine proved to be a financial loss.
