The Democrats let the filibuster die for federal Court justices, and you can see what happened. Gerrymandering in 2021 and 22 is likely to give the House to the Republicans, along with the Senate. Democrats are being foolish pushing an uncompromised HR1 through filibuster elimination, which ultimately would reverse everything they do in 2021.
