Breaking down your presentation so far - do companies essentially fail to transform because they fail to scale?
Philipp Schuler
02:14:21

02:15:57
What are success factors for mindset change across the team to enable agile transformation? How long does it typically take to have all breathing agile?
Mathias Spirig

I heard a lot about technical training. What about the social aspects regarding attitude, behavior, beliefs, dealing with resistance, …?
Markus Hartmann
02:23:06
In so called traditional »Controlling« and »Management« there is this fallacy that you have to »measure« everything (KPIs). You already mentioned the devastating effects of timesheets (time budgets and time estimations). Are there other »KPIs« that make agile a failure or at least a big waste and block to human creativity. Or: Are there any good »KPIs«? ;-)

02:24:16

High performance, ongoing acceleration, super-fast decisions, etc. sound very much like a race that demands constant top performance from the teams. How do these high performance teams manage to constantly ride at this high level?
