Next week. the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane on I-10 is due to open, and the following year the US 281 HOV will come on line, The Stone Oak Park and Ride will enable buses to exit from the Park and Ride directly onto the HOV lane, expediting traffic. Most of the funding came from TX DOT.
