A cash flow spreadsheet is critical to every business. It's like a crystal ball for your business. If you use it and keep it up to date, it will tell you when you can hire new employees, buy new equipment, and/or need to run a marketing campaign to generate more sales.

In developing your cash flow spreadsheet, it's important to put in your actual numbers vs 12-month averages. You'll get the best information if you put in actual numbers.

Celeste Helminski

Is there clarification regarding the FTE reference time period? Page 11 of the PPP forgiveness application (FTE:c.) allows a seasonal employer to use 5/1/19-9/15/19 as its reference time period. So the average FTE for that time period is the number of FTE you need to hit for the forgiveness period?
Allegra Wolff
01:19:42
