The board fence looks more appropriate and inviting for the house. This is not Jean Hepner's vision or legacy. Would you show us a picture of the addition to 1732? What will remain of the garden isn't big enough to rent out.

36:30
YES. Cliff

39:21
Please do not name it FELLS MARKET That is an insult. This is Fell's Point

39:40
Why do we need this?

39:51
Agreed, not thought to the neighbors. Disappointing,

40:13
Where will the trash go?

41:18
Preliminary hours can be adjusted? Weekends open until 9:00 p.m.? How long before that is adjusted?

41:34
It is not a shared courtyard. To call it such is an insult to the memory of Jean Hepner who founded the garden, and it is unbelievable that the Preservation Society would entertain such a thought.

41:35
What is different about this place? All you need to do is walk across the street. Sad

41:52
Sharing the plans with FPRA doesn't help after the fact because the meeting minutes never get posted to the website anymore

42:28
Agreed

43:01
Everything will be shared with the entire membership. Including a recording of this zoom

43:22
Thank you.

44:02
Will previous recordings be available as well?

44:05
Zoom recordings of past meetings will also be posted. It has just taken some time to get it set up on the website. It will all be published this week

44:19
I believe the last minutes that were posted to the website were from November of 2020, but I could be wrong.

44:19
It is a shame that businesses are allowed to creep into the residential area of Fells Point. Linda Giovanni - 1730 Lancaster St.

44:52
Thank you.

45:23
No tables in the Robert Long Garden EVER!

45:30
Agreed

45:42
Courtyard seating?????

45:45
It will be trashed in one weekend

45:46
Agreed. Not ever!

45:54
There you go folks! Creeping into the garden... I'm extremely disappointed in the preservation Society.

48:19
This sounds like an excellent addition to the neighborhood.

48:22
So, guests of your larger restaurant will also be able to enter through this Ann street entrance??

48:52
Glad to see a small produce market return to the neighborhood

50:11
Where does the trash dumpster go ?

54:17
Please tell me what is different about this place?

55:26
So you drag the trash cans through the garden?

57:48
Preservation society selling out the residents of this wonderful "historical" neighborhood with the trashing of the colonial garden.

01:03:24
My apologies, but the fire alarm in my apartment building is going off and I have to go outside. Thank you for your time this evening.

Sounds like they want to pull the garbage cans through the garden via the garden’s central walkway. Have I got that right?

01:08:41
@Bill False either Lancaster or Thames. They haven’t decided

01:09:23
So anyone who lives in an apartment below or including Eastern will now be able to get a permit?

01:09:27
Thank you! I am a row home resident on Fell Street, have been trying to get RPP for a few years, and would be very grateful to be able to have an area 16 permit.

01:12:32
This is a solution in search of a problem

01:13:21
If they decide to drag the garbage cans to Thames street, they must drag them through the garden. Yes? And that Sally port to Thames is very narrow I might add

01:14:25
No drag them through 1724 Thames then to Thames St the buildings connect

01:16:40
Thank you David!

I think we can have some design standard and rigid approvals in place by the end of 2021. This summer will continue (probably) until standards are in place Q1 2022.
