a lot of the people in lower income housing and the elderly don't have the best computer knowledge or access/ability to finding information. When these people don't respond within the 15days what options do they really have to prevent landlords from evicting them other than anticipating the goodwill of the landlord?

the issue is that they don't or wont have the information in time for the 10/1 evictions. I mean more $ for law firms but housing is going to skyrocket. Maybe like 30 days if they are like 12+months past due? oh well law passed. :)
