I am about to sign a lease on a property on the corner of Warwick st and Bedford st Leamington - is there a danger of pedestrianisation there?

I am intrigued how the council and the police will have to work together to “re-open”, pedestrianised or not. Driving through on Monday, huge queue outside Hoorays past other frontages, lots of crowds on the Bancroft Gdns, and cars parked on the verge all the way out of town to the Welcome!

I'm concerned about the wafer-thin timelines on all of the different activities. Will the discretionary fund be allocated before the furlough scheme runs out?
