Can we propose a pilot-level project in a single state for the prize, with potential for national expansion?
You said you are not looking for cross-cutting issue areas but specific to the Child Welfare System. We work in the juvenile justice system and are looking specifically at "dual status youth" innovations (youth in both child welfare system and juvenile justice system). Is that excluded?
What will the awardee relationship look like with the Aviv Foundation over the next two years?
