Please clarify what are “Lending Libraries”. Which are they? What is available to lend? etc

Is there Funding help for the College based Transition Programs such as Kent State's CCS? Can a waiver be used?

My son is in 9th grade. Still confused about how CCBDD, ODD, and high school interface. Who is the point person- the parent? transition coordinator at HS? Who would help identify assistive technology at this juncture? Who could help explore how to address something like a sensory issue which could potentially interfere with a youth's vision of future employment i.e. noise sensitivity?

I was told by my son's IS that it is the parent who is the point person and responsible to explore all of this during school years.

Honestly, I could use a little help.

It is a transition program, not a college degree

Are there resources or funding for a one on one support person to go along to college with the individual to assist with communication, technology use, behaviors, safety?
