William Epps
30:48
Will this schedule be sent to us?
Sheila Jones
31:56
This is fantastic!
James Barry
31:59
There is the schedule if you need it
Mark Bingaman
32:32
thanks James
Kevin Tiller
32:42
In our school, we are considering sending home to parents an equipment list (similar to what a classroom teacher sends home for things like notebooks, pencils, etc...) that they would like for students to get before the school year starts. Nothing mega expensive.
Brian Griffith
32:45
We will share this schedule with everyone who is registered.
Brian Griffith
33:22
Kevin - Did you already formulate the list?
Darlene Ritchie
34:04
Kevin, that is a great idea.
Kevin Tiller
34:49
Yes we did...
Teresa Whitmyer
35:20
Can you share list, Kevin? When you have it ready.
Kevin Tiller
35:24
Tennis ball. scarf, beanbag, vinyl 8" ball, playground ball, whiffle ball bat
Kevin Tiller
36:26
Also a light weight paddle. S&S sells them in bulk fairly cheap.

#techtimetony !!!!
Darlene Ritchie
38:48
I am brainstorming some equipment/supply needs to have at home (in addition to Kevin's list): a few 8" round balloons; yarn ball
James.Hitchner
40:14
Twitter Follow @TechTimeTony He's amazing!
Kevin Tiller
40:22
We are thinking of putting out a survey as well. Based on the list we send home, parents can indicate if they already have that at home so we can really get the most bang for our buck if we purchase equipment.
Brian Griffith
43:35
We were thinking about having secondary kids have a kit too. Resistance bands, fitness mat, yoga block, jump rope, small playground ball, tennis/lacrosse ball.
LASANDRA Glass-Gibson
46:04
What about gloves?
Daniel Hill
46:38
Has anyone with a state or district teacher union been involved with developing return guidelines to protect staff?
Nicholas Wisz
47:00
so you’re saying we can ask students bring your own resistance bands?
Jeremy Strother
47:08
Will all counties follow the same guidelines as far as how equipment is used or is it up to each county as to how they want to go about it?
Maria Roldan
47:12
I depends on school and district. I feel gloves are not safe because people become careless when using them
Barb
47:30
Our district just put together a Back to Learning Task Force, Dan..
gary burgess
47:32
Will students be permitted to use sanitizing wipes to help clean equipment after use? I was told that students are not permitted to use wipes
Joe B.
48:06
teaching kindergarteners in the gym with social distancing...ha
Pam
48:48
if outside is considered safe, why not put hula hoops that kids can stay in and that is their bubble and they wont need a mask
gary burgess
49:51
Elementary students share chromebooks will they be able to use them next year?
Carmen Gonzalez
50:37
Who will provide the cleaning supplies?
bmegowan
50:46
I can’t imagine that students will be allowed to share electronic devices.
James.Hitchner
51:07
Just my thought: most guidance in cleaning equipment is going to be a local decision made be individual districts and county school systems
bmegowan
51:14
What about fumes etc. from disinfectants?
Maria Roldan
51:27
Some schools are getting computer for each kid
bmegowan
51:53
I am from Oregon - PE positions are already planned to be cut - is that the same in Maryland?
bmegowan
52:17
Just answered my question - thanks
andrea williams roots
52:43
Just wondering what if you have heard about Adapted PE teachers doing?
Nichole Wilder
53:06
Advocacy is key - to school and district administrators and even more importantly with parents and the community. Have PTA/PTO and community advocates are critical to ensure physical education programs don’t get cut.
cannuck640
54:14
Using a lot of the PHE Canada for guidance. Do-able and science based
bmegowan
54:43
I joined late. Have you talked about going into classroom to do PE?

Rob Pohlner
55:10
I feel like I'm going to be using a lot of field marking paint next year, to create/keep a grid on my outdoor space, so each student has a "movement zone".
Cristi Harrington
55:15
Pennsylvania has already started
Pam
55:18
I work at a small private school in CT and they plan to use enrichment teachers as cohorts and take half the students from a class so ensure kids can social distance in the class but we will be assigned one class per month
Gina Dean
55:39
Are there things being done to assist with college internships? My intern really lost out of some key ingredients to be a successful teacher in the future.
