Lynda P. Goldthwaite

We had multiple tests "cancelled" last week. I did not receive a phone call from the lab, after receiving all but the 10, I reached out and was simply told they were cancelled. It would be helpful to know sooner so we can either retest, or clarify what is missing, wrong, etc. No reason given, just "cancelled." Can this system be looked at so we avoiding making the same mistake week after week?
Heidi Forrence
01:28:52

01:37:22
If we don't know the currier pick up time how do we know how soon we can start testing the evening before our test date. It has to be within 48 hours. So if we start testing our evening group at 1 or 2pm the day before and the currier comes at 4pm on the pick up date those samples are invalid. Thank you.
