01:06:40
Great points Teresa
Cynthia Whitfield-Story
01:08:08
Her point on taking care of your employees makes the team work real. Great learnings from her points
Sunny Slaughter
01:09:22
COVID-19 has shown "business leaders" must have relationships with crisis management experts that also have a public health background. Many of us have been talking about the vulnerabilities which have been exacerbated during this pandemic that impact employee well-being.
evelyn rodstein
01:10:10
if that lasts two years we have multi crisis leadership over time
Pegine
01:10:26
What is the recipe for success in corporations. Post pandemic. Teresa "Women in leadership tend to be strong, passionate and empathetic, which serves us well. Women lead from the heart, men lead from the head. When you lead from the heart during a crisis people will follow" A woman's perspective.
Rosina Racioppi
01:10:27
So True Teresa - people want to feel cared for, especially now
Sunny Slaughter

Damon Hiniger - Being a wartime CEO battle ready, we have to be nimble. Facing operational complexity. We have 24/7/365 we have to think about how the people feel during this time, all the time.
Neysa Dillon Brown
01:16:30
Teresa, thank you for sharing the importance of culture, caring for employees and leading from the heart! When employees feel supported and safe they will trust you when it is time to come back to your offices.
Pegine
01:17:29
Damon Hiniger - Leadership: This is important all the time. Listening and Communication skills are so important. Be an active listener, have to ask questions, be willing to be challenged. Take it up a notch relative to decision makers. We gave all the employees a $500 dollar bonus. Normally it would take a month or two. This decision was made in day.
Patti Massey
01:17:37
I loved this comment from Teresa - "take care of employees and they will take care of the business" So true and we are seeing the results of our culture building strategies now - keep people safe & protected
Pegine
01:17:54
Thinking quickly, making the right decision, is the new norm. Damon

Damon: lots of thinking, digest and be more effective. REALLY important. Have to turn everything off and reflect and digest.
Pegine

50/50 gender parity, 30% of women on our board. How has that diversity of thought and the team benefitted you. GREAT QUESTION
Lorena Fimbres
01:21:49
kudos Damon. at NAWBO-CA we fought to get more women on corporate boards in CA and now SB 826 is a law based on a bill we sponsored authorized by Hannah Beth Jackson, Connie Leyva and Toni Atkins. with 30% women on your board we commend you
SHARON LEWIS
01:22:09

Noting too, that arts & culture (mass gatherings) have a huge impact upon the economy (every $1 spent in this sector stimulates ca. $8 of impact). So, with mass gatherings rolling back slowly, there are additional waves of impact in that sector and surrounding it.
