Hi Sakina, I had a vaginal birth with episiotomy 13 weeks back and still feel pelvic pain and heaviness which is very tiring. Is there anything I can do for this? Also the area where I had stitches from episiotomy feels very tight and stretched some days, is there anything I can do to get it as close to as it was before birth?

helllo, i have an 8month old baby and still have a gap between my abs. i keep being told to give it time and they'll stitch back together...can i realistically expect them to heal fully? And should i take this into consideration when trying for a second pregnancy?

can you also list some links for talking therapy. I could have done with some more support on this last time and want to be prepared this time.

...I’m interested in the supermum myth book. that’s something I struggle with, especially mum guilt! what are the practical ways of getting over the mum guilt, are there any you can suggest? I currently say some affirmations and try not to beat myself up!!

bad pregnancy, bad birth experience, bad postnatal first weeks but it’s all in my head, physically I did so well, I find it really difficult to get validation (including my own) to process this, how can I get the ball rolling for myself?

Hi, how long does it take to recover fully from a c section? I've had my second c section 14 weeks ago, however I still feel pains, especially lower back pain, also when I touch the left side of ny c section area it hurts.

how many people do you think stop at one child because they (and their partner) are so traumatised by the birth?

Horrendous back ache all day, every day.. I had surgery after birth due to a retained placenta so had a spinal.. Could this be the reason for the back ache? And are there any exercises or stretches that might help with it?
