29:10
how to I sign up for July event

37:22
Hi Arnie: Go to PETS Alliance website. then click on registration button.

39:16
Drew did you do "rooms" for certain topics?

40:10
To see the Mid-Northeast PETS Online Learning Plan, go to https://www.petsmidnortheast.org/

40:32
Share how effective the tracking went with RI Learning Center. Was it user friendly? I've heard from others that the info was difficult to review

41:45
Drew, again, how long were your sessions on each of the 4 weeks.

43:07
Hello, it is hector from Mid Atlantic PETS. Drew, the breakout sessions, how many people were in each session? All the PEs? Where there District sessions/breakouts?

44:01
It was great having access to weekly reports for our MNE PETS courses from the Learning Center, as it allowed (and continues to allow) our DGE’s to track their PE’s and AG

44:14
Drew did you do "rooms" for certain topics? We did not, the content was for all that were attending the meeting.

44:48
Drew, again, how long were your sessions on each of the 4 weeks.1 hour for PEs, 2 hours for AGs 7pm-9pm

44:50
’S progress on the courses. There were occasional glitches in the reports, but they were identifiable and resolved

45:22
Hello, it is hector from Mid Atlantic PETS. Drew, the breakout sessions, how many people were in each session? All the PEs? Where there District sessions/breakouts?All attendees received all the content we offered

46:44
Does anyone have experiences with "rooms" via a platform?

47:30
Yes, Jacque - worked well for us via zoom.

52:00
Patty, you certainly packed a lot in several of the sessions. Great emphasis on mechanics. Did you have any opportunity to have an inspirational speaker?

52:19
Patty, is this just one District, correct? Thanks for sharing.

52:47
Yes, district 5580 only is what Pattys talking about

54:41
Anyone here tonight that also delivered an on-line PETS program this year that you would like to share?

54:47
Hi Chris! Yes, we tried to include most of what would have been covered face-to-face. Our presenters were our District Committee chairs; that gave us a chance to introduce all our PEs to their District Leaders, and we stressed PEs should reach out during their year to district leadership. Suzi Howe was our one "outside" inspirational speaker

56:08
travis love your cat in the back of the room

56:44
She's mad I'm not paying attention to her!

56:45
Hector, yes only one district. 65 clubs

57:32
Hi from the Uk. We had Holger and Jenny Jones

58:11
As we have discussed the possibility of "online/virtual" district conference and even the need for online PETS, do a video.

59:22
Do any of you have online programing that allows for providing (printing) of a certificate of completion? I am familiar with training through Boy Scouts that has you review various videos, answer questions and, upon successfully answering, receive a certificate of completion?

01:00:13
All four of our e-PETS sessions were recorded and are available to listen to on our District Website: https://rotary5580.org/sitepage/pets-2020

01:00:38
I will be chair in 23/24. Should I register for the July meeting?

01:02:01
the learning center also has the Toastmasters courses.

01:02:08
Marty I know of nothing off the shelve, but if you know of a web developer it can be added to the end. Checkout http://education.rotary6040.org I would be happy to share how I did the certs.

01:02:10
At NCPETS, we launched Socio as an app to provide gaming, social connection, HOF management, doc mgt., scheduling, etc. Socio has now launched a virtual conference capability and the NCPETS team will be looking at that.

01:03:36
Our DGE is doing the monthly meetings and doing Pod Cast that are being well received.

01:04:08
It sounds as if all seem to be moving to online PETS for 2021. Is this plan A or plan B?

01:04:39
plan A, plan b or planning on doing a hybrid?

01:05:04
How do we deal with Once you go Virtual, How do you go back? I'm thinking cost, time, travel, etc.

01:05:06
Cookie, D5580 is thinking we'll likely end up doing a combination... some online, so we can reach everyone, but hopefully still something face to face, for those who are able/interested

01:05:52
PNWPETS will do a hybrid version but also making plans if it needs to be totally virtual

01:06:17
We had an after PETS Zoom mtg w/our AGs and their suggestion was to have PETS via Zoom again in 2021 with a followup at District Conference.

01:06:27
our DG team have a monthly touch base meetings with AG's as well as Presidents and President Elects each month by zoom.

01:06:50
How do you spell the name of that program, Meril????

01:06:51
Greg, good stuff. Could you please share the website of "Murals". Looks interesting.

01:06:54
Cookie - we are in those discussions right now. Will probably depend on our hotel contract - at least that is the orientation…decision based on finances. Not something I agree with necessarily.

01:08:11
Bob, Are you recording your monthly meetings with PEs and others?

01:08:44
I believe fellowship is important and that's hard to duplicate online

01:09:06
I think we will go back to onsite. I just don’t know when.

01:09:19
I have learned lots in the hotel bar talking Rotary

01:09:25
mural.co

01:10:14
The hotel bar is a great place to learn!

01:10:17
I think everyone liked the capabilities and time saved on zoom. Now I think many are anxious to reconnect in person

01:11:40
TINAB... Yes the monthly sessions with the Club Presidents will be conducted and recorded through Zoom.

01:11:44
the meeting after the meeting at the bar or suite is the best

01:12:52
Hector - great point. Rather than think we have to replace our previous events, how might we design them given both the challenges we face, but also new opportunities that spaced learning, new approaches to facilitated content, etc.

01:13:13
I think this is a new opportunity to still have those bar talks, but at a much larger scale. I joined a Rotary Fellowship that was started in Germany and at our annual meeting through Zoom, we are still taking the opportunity for a couple drinks to connect on our shared interest and talk about Rotary, but now we're connecting at a global level.

01:15:28
we can start the Zoom Fellowship

01:17:40
Thank you!

01:17:48
Thanks leading us Dean!

01:18:02
Thank you so much everyone as a newbie it has been very helpful

01:18:07
Great job Dean and all!

01:18:09
Good job. Thank you Dean et al.

01:18:09

01:18:10
