How are CDM surveys being distributed and submitted?
Hi, Cara! Kyrstin from the Museum here. We are sending out emails to all registrants at the end of every session and asking them to rate their experience.
This is great feedback - you and your team should feel proud of your work, Henry!
When they purchase tickets, we are requiring that they provide an email. So it's an automated email we've put together.
No problem! Let me know if you have more specific questions either here or via.
I second Susan's comment. This is extremely helpful, thank you Henry and Kyrstin!
Do you offer the face shield at no charge?
Hi, Beth. Yes. We are asking them to leave their ID at the ticket desk. We sanitize before and after use in front of the visitor.
I would be interested to know what others are doing regarding sales of masks - I know Hugh Morrow has shared they are selling them - we are, as well, at Rock City.
We would welcome Jethro on Lookout Mountain!
Susan - are you selling disposable or reusable? At what cost? Thanks!
Both - we have individually wrapped disposal for $1 and reusable branded (also individually wrapped) at $9.95.
ok, thanks. Where are you procuring the individually wrapped disposable masks?
We are selling cloth ones in the gift shop but giving away disposable at the entrance. TN Aquarium
Shoot me an email at email@example.com and I can connect you to our Director of Attractions Revenue who has sourced them through a long-term vendor.

We also keep a supply of disposable masks in the cave in case a guest’s mask breaks during their tour. These are offered at no charge.

It was stated that there would be language available for business to use in signage. Where can that be located?
is there any "standard" signage that needs to be posted at entrances of businesses?
Never mind! :)
a friend who has a professional staffing service, staffs weddings (all staff masks) - they are under the impression that wedding receptions do not require masks? Know a church ceremony is exempt but what about guests at the receptions?
Is it OK to brand those signs as long as they have the correct wording?
So grateful for this Directive. It takes some of the heat of the businesses.
All businesses shall post signage in a place visible to those entering to remind customers of this requirement. The following verbiage is approved by the Hamilton County Health Department in English & Spanish, sample signs can be downloaded from the Hamilton County Health Department’s resource page:“As directed by the Hamilton County Health Department, any person entering this building shall wear a facial covering.”o “Según las directrices del Departamento de Salud del Condado de Hamilton, toda persona que entre en este edificio deberá llevar puesta una cubierta facial.”
That did not come across the best :-)
