Does anyone have long lasting “tape” solutions or “stations” solutions that are durable?
jenna tieman
31:32
We used good ole duct tape on our rubber floors.
Pam Green
31:34
I have used vinyl labels/tape in the past.
Pam Green
31:42
We have mats and that has worked well
Laura Marie Patterson
32:07
Thank you, Jenna and Pam.
Pam Green

You're welcome Laura.

We used duct tape as well in creating the member areas in our group training area. For personal training we created sections for members to train within with a max of 4 members per hour with basically 45min of training and 15 min of cleaning per hour between sessions

Laura Marie Patterson
43:41
And what is the protocol for when someone does have a temperature?
Branden
45:09
They are not allowed to train but we do not have a set time they could return. Not sure how to approach that situation
jenna tieman
45:38
The original timeline was 2 weeks?
Branden
46:38
I would say we should tell them they could return in 2 weeks. That's a good point thanks Jenna

We have not been charging fees while closed.
Laura Marie Patterson
53:26
We refund all who request due to Covid. We created a pay it forward service with our members being able to gift a month membership for free to anyone who has lost job/ has had a personal “shift”
Branden

A large portion of our clients are still paying via their choice, others have been suspended till August. Those that are afraid to return we have allowed out of there contracts. It is better to keep a good relationship and hopefully get them back later in the year as they feel safer

Does anyone know if there are any specific guidelines or requirements from Monroe County that might be different from or in addition to the Back on Track info from the state?
Ethos Cycle & Train
55:28
We were off MindBody for two months and since going back we have transitioned memberships to the new virtual pricing or refunded. All of our virtual classes for anyone unemployed are free
jenna tieman
55:37
We have monthly memberships, and no run-ins with refunds due to this.

We’v also made improvements in the gym - we’ve used a local metal design company to create hands-free door opening as well as hands free sinks
