Interesting data, I am finding many candidates we interview are requesting if they can come to the office, as WFH was the old benefit, and WFO is the new benefit.

I think, the companies will need to end somewhere in the middle. No 100% WFO or 100% WHO. Just right mix with some flexibility to address needs of individual employees.

In KBC the new way of working will be a hybrid model where we aim for 50%/50% with flexibility addressing individual needs.

Several surveys are showing that majority of employees prefers 2 days office/3 days home(anywhere). This seems to be as a clear trend. Should companies rather focus their effort on how to train managers and employees being productive and innovative in the new environment (time management, prioritization of tasks, how to manage your time, how to set goals, provide their feedback) vs spending time and effort on designing when and how often employees should be in the office?
