Question: Is it possible to show a date range for the last 90 days?
Dierk Demers
42:32
Answer: You can select the last 90 days in the calendar, but there isn’t a hotkey button on the side. Amazon only saves 60ish days of search term history, so if you’re brand new you’ll only have 60 days of history to start.

Q: When adding a KW to negative. If later the check box is unticked, does the KW remove from the negative keyword list, and ads run again for that KW?
Dierk Demers

A: Unticking the box just means you don’t want to create a negative there during the creation process. It doesn’t do anything to existing negatives. If you want to remove a negative, you need to go to the Amazon Portal and archive the negative keyword in the ad group there.

Depending on the date range you have or the volume of the account, it could just be a normal timeout error for that particular search. Search Terms are really data heavy because of their “cardinality” which is fancy dev speak for “they touch a lot of other entities so every time we need to pull data about them we need to hit almost all the other entities in your account.” So filtering over large data sets can cause issues. If you write into support@prestozon.com with your account ID, we can check to see if there are any specific errors causing the error. It’s also possible there’s some sort of filtering bug so we can check to see what’s going on.
