I think there is a way to integrate. Too much change is chaotic; too much status quo is stifling. We need both/and. I think there is a way.

Change is inevitable, and only happening faster and faster. It’s important to (1) describe the opportunity and (2) identify and ease the fears.

Is the goal to find common ground or to develop skills to appreciate difference? Probably both are useful in different contexts, but I wonder what the emphasize is in our work.
