Who can see your viewing activity?
HHow much of the legal fees were spent of the water use agreement?
For the VA, it's 75, not 70
Do we need a story seeking volunteer “injectors?”
What kinds of personal questions are you even permitted to ask?
I think we could gain the insight needed to make the best decision
When a person is interviewed for almost any position in the public or private sectors those interviewsare private
personal question that should not be made public: . the candidate needs an accommodation for a disability.
hi ty for the marina update . the petition group richard and myself had a resident deliver a hard copy and flash drive of the petition and declarations personally delivered to Maria Marino . we g
we have stayed in communication
do the anchorage docks pay dues
if you don’t live in JL and lease a dock at the anchorage do u pay dues
can someone summarize what the Declarations provide regarding use of the marina for social gatherings?
The 49 slips at the Anchorage are owned by the Anchorage. They are not individually owned but a com on element
thank you mike
Yes, they should pay something
Donna just made all my arguments
Looks like a “dwelling” where are dues are equal — is different than a “dock”
are there any live aboards at the marina?
liveaboards are NOT allowed at the Anchorage
Will the POA check to make certain the person requesting the barcode is legitimate here? i.e. the community has approved the person ?
why are the bathrooms locked at south rec
Is there a job description for Brenda's position
1 - If the four original water use communities have already acquired vested rights to continue to draw irrigation water from the fresh water water lake in JL since 1982, why is there a need for water use agreements with the JLPOA that have already cost JL residents $67,000.
A fresh approach. What about allowing an advertiser to fund a paramedic. “Brought to you by “The Palm Beach Post”…….
What percentage of households subscribe to The Chronicle?
I understand that the Board has a request for $900 to do water testing of the lake and get a better idea if the 20+ chemicals being dumped into the lake are actually needed. Second question, is what is being done about the increasing amount of algae in the lake.
Hear, hear Michael!
Change the Capital Reserve YTask Force to Committee.
Diane is correct
from Mark Granata
If you have listened to this Capital Reserve Task Force, they know what they are doing. If they are willing to see it through, please let them. They are experts on all facets of the projects they have listed.
Bernie wrong, Diane right
how is this relevant to the agenda item he is supposed to report on ?
I believe Mike is out of order
You can't just have an attorney present and call it a closed board meeting!
enough of this. we all have other things to do.
Someone is talking over him. Can he please repeat.
How can the JLPOA board modify the South Florida Water Use Permit when it hasn't yet complied with the specifications of the SFWMD for the salt water pumps, etc.?
I cannot believe that we have spent over $65k on attorneys to only now have Mike tell us he proposes an agreement from 1991? under the circumstances, we wonder if there has been a potential breach of a board member's responsibility in expending $65k for basically nothing.
please stop this!!! this board is now out of control.
This shouldn't be aired at a public meeting.
The water users don't have attorneys, and they have shouldn't deal with the JLPOA attorneys until they do.
Katherine is right. The water users proposed this at the outset. The 4 villages have their own boards. there should be one meeting set up with the counsel for POA and the 4 boards to make sure we are all speaking on the same page and address the villlages concerned.
Why aren't the residents of the water user communities being given the right to comment on this new agreement before their board presidents sign it?
It is time for a fresh approach. Michael should step down and allow the POA to direct its counsel to meet with all the water users' officers. its time.
The vested rights have nothing to do with the 1991 agreements - They arise under the Florida statutes + florida case law.
That's night right...you need to answer al the questions.
Tell us what the issue is
Katherine, if there is no agreement do the water users then be told they cannot use the water?
There was a question by Eli Sandler that should be answered.
What consideration id being given to the residents of the water user communities by the JLPOA board for giving up their rights?
I need to drop out for another zoom meeting. Again, I believe that a new and fresh approach should be undertaken.
To Bill's point can you establish some dates for the actions needed
why don’t you just landscape the entrance to the width of a golf cart.
Can you please answer Marie Selser’s questions
Sandy - sorry I lost my connection when you were speaking.
