from the FAQ:OHNY Weekend volunteers are trained to welcome visitors and assist with check-in and site waivers, wayfinding, and guest counts. They can also distribute printed materials, congregate visitors in advance of a tour in designated areas and help manage lines. OHNY Volunteers cannot, however, replace your staff. Nor can Volunteers serve as security guards.
